Dr. Patel is the founder of Alafaya Dental. He earned the Doctor of Dentistry (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry and became licensed to practice dentistry in 1977. He moved from New York to Florida in 1997 and opened his first practice, Alafaya Dental in 2003. In 2006, he opened his second practice Saxon Dental, in Orange City, Florida. He currently practices dentistry at both offices. 

Dr. Patel's credentials include memberships in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Central Florida District Dental Association.
